If you receive a damaged product or if any item is missing, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. To process your request, an uncut unboxing video showing the sealed package and complete unboxing is mandatory. Claims submitted without an unboxing video cannot be accepted. Please note that slight colour variations due to screen settings or lighting and minor handmade imperfections are natural characteristics of handcrafted products and are not considered defects.
