Return & Refund Policy
As all our products are handmade and custom-made, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an order has been placed. If you receive a damaged product or if any item is missing, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. To process your request, an uncut unboxing video showing the sealed package and complete unboxing is mandatory. Claims submitted without an unboxing video cannot be accepted. Please note that slight colour variations due to screen settings or lighting and minor handmade imperfections are natural characteristics of handcrafted products and are not considered defects. After verifying your claim, we will provide a replacement for the same item. If the product is unavailable, a full refund will be issued. Thank you for choosing Nira Bangles. If you receive a damaged product or find any missing item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. To process your request, you must provide an uncut unboxing video showing the parcel from all sides and the complete opening process. Claims without an unboxing video cannot be accepted.
